GES-2 was the oldest of "central tram space". I was stunned by how massive the building is. I can see the elements of space of previous life of this building like pipes, old elevator and some other decorations. There are a lot of windows in the GES-2 and that is why I thought the design looks futuristic and there is a lot of light in the building at any time. I have been 3 times to this building and I can really feel the atmosphere of equality and blurred boundaries because there are so many opportunities.
I really enjoyed the exhibition because it symbolizes the collision of music and art, the future and past. It is very cool that exhibition is divided into zones because people can feel different emotions looking at various art pieces. The main idea is that human consists of future and past, and different activities. Some objects are words, some are images. What I liked the most in the exhibition "Nastroiki-3" was hall number 2 that is dedicated to Beethoven. It is amazing how they connected music and art. The room looks like a recording studio, the green window gives additional food for thought.
The organization of the exhibition was good, there was enough room to move and appreciate all the details of the pictures. Music was not too loud and not too quiet.
The lighting was also amazing because you could see all the details in the pictures and feel the atmosphere.
However, there was a big queue and lots of people and also a paid cloakroom, which we didn't expect.
